Modular Mini-Packer Systems (MMPS)

Modular Mini-Packer Systems (MMPS) are mainly used for hydrogeological characterisation of excavation damaged zones around a tunnel or along a shaft.

Features of the Modular Mini-Packer System (MMPS)

  • for boreholes with 50 - 56 mm diameter
  • up to 6 borehole sections
  • the minimum interval length is 15 cm
  • pressure measurement in all intervals
  • flow lines for pneumatic or hydraulic permeability tests
