Sliding Deformeter (SD)

Displacement measurements along measuring lines (boreholes) provide information about the deformation behaviour of hard rock or unconsolidated rock in the area of the monitored terrain or structure, as well as about the interaction between the structure and the ground. With the Sliding Deformeter, displacement and deformation profiles in soil, rock and structures are precisely recorded metre by metre along arbitrarily aligned measuring lines. The measuring accuracy in vertical direction is ΔZ +/-0.03 mm/m and the measuring range extends over +/-50 mm/m.
